• Alina Dittmann (Chief Executive Officer). PhD. German Literature. Alina is the founder of BENCHMATA Inc. Ms. Dittmann has published many books and creates BENCHMATA's corporate strategy for DATAMINE Project's in the European Union.
• Sukhwant Singh (Director of Technology, Americas). B.Tech Computer Science. He has helped California utilities to automate energy benchmarking data transfer. He has been involved with California Benchmarking work team for several years and fully understands utility data mining and configuration of complex XML modules and JAVA services to link up with EnergyStar's Portfolio Manager system. He is instrumental in developing BENCHMATA system to help companies bridge the crucial gap of data transfers and consistency in energy benchmarking.
• Beth Forsman (Director of Business Development). Beth holds a Bachelors degree from UC Santa Cruz. She served on Founding Board of Directors for the EcoMom Alliance and Holds Life and Health Insurance License since 1994 with HIAA certification. She has managed mid to large group national and international accounts including Sola Optical, Kendall Jackson, Schering-Plough, Genentech, Birkenstock and Archdiocese of LA. She has worked as Human Resources consultant on Benefits and Compensation Packages for local chains and start up operations before joining as Director of Busines Development in BENCHMATA.
• Tomasz Celary (Director of Technology, Europe). Tomasz is the chief strategist for BENCHMATA corporate online development and its database administrator. He holds a degree in Environmental Studies from University of Nysa, Poland and is a JAVA expert.
• Natalia Joworska (Program Officer EUROPE DATAMINE) Natalia works in bringing Eastern European Utility companies up for DATAMINE Projects using Excel databases. She holds Masters in Mass Communication from University of Opole and is an energy auditing expert.
