Once the capabilities of BENCHMATA system are configured in utility systems, they are ready for Automated data transfers. Benchmarking

BENCHMATA System Level III *

  • This system is configurable in utility companies systems and provides:
    • A graphical user interface to program the communication with EnergyStars servers.
    • Full automation of energy data inflow and outflow to the portfolio manager.
    • Ability to change the meters and move meters to other buildings in same customer portfolio.
    • Fully functional RDBMS database to store your customers' data coming from the portfolio manager.
    • Graphical user interface to insert data by program managers to help their customers. This way, customers can be entered in portfolio manager and through the BENCHMATA system.
    • Capability to create user-defined building types.
    • Two user-defined groups to group data based on types defined.
    • Capability to use all space types provided by EnergyStar as of May 1, 2009, including Multi- Family.
    • Automatic plugging for the next meter in line (Example: Smart meter placed instead of the old ones, and the Meter ID's change).
    • Data mining from utilities systems to configure with BENCHMATA.
    • Benchmarking reports and downloaded results in PDF , Excel and printable formats to monitor the benchmarking efforts.
    • Google Maps display of your customers' benchmarked buildings.
    • Graphs to show energy consumption, starting from points provided in the GUI.
    • Help in registering ESP with EnergyStar as an automated data provider.

BENCHMATA System Level II *

  • This system is configurable for municipalities, local governments, universities, and billing companies' systems, providing:

  • This System is configurable in Any organization like Building Owners Associations, Individual Universities needing stand alone systems to help Benchmark their buildings spread across campuses etc. and provide
